We offer a range of opportunities for you to engage with our vision of society in which neurodivergent people are understood, accepted, treated fairly and valued.

Your involvement helps us continue our vital work and expand the services we provide.

Charitable Trusts

Financial support from charitable trusts and foundations helps us to carry out our work.  If you have a charitable trust or are involved with a charitable grant-giver we would love to work with you. Please email our team for more information.

Corporate Partnerships

Partnering with a charity like The Donaldson Trust brings a range of benefits to your organisation. From boosting staff satisfaction, skills development, and retention, to fostering a sense of purpose within your team, our partnerships offer lasting value for your business.

We offer bespoke partnership opportunities tailored to meet your specific goals. Together, we’ll agree on partnership objectives and activities that align with your mission and ours.

Employee Fundraising

Looking for smaller ways to make a difference? Our employee fundraising opportunities allow your team to get involved without the commitment of a full partnership.

Employee-driven fundraising brings great benefits to your organisation, including improved team cohesion, boosted morale, and enhanced staff wellbeing. It’s a fantastic way to unite your team around a shared goal and make a lasting impact on the people we support.

Team Volunteer Days

We offer team volunteering if you’re looking for time out of the office with your colleagues whilst making a difference.

In as little as an afternoon, groups can help us tackle jobs that would otherwise take our teams days or weeks to complete. We welcome every volunteer, regardless of their skills or experience. However much time you can give, you can make a difference.

You might get your hands dirty creating a sensory garden or improving one of our woodland walks.  Or you might be handy with a paintbrush! We’ve got a whole host of projects you can do to improve wellbeing areas for the children, young people and adults we support to enjoy.

Here are some examples to show the difference volunteer teams have made through their support.

Volunteer Spotlight

You’ll work alongside staff who’ll share their knowledge. By donating your time and skills, you can help us to improve life for neurodivergent people.
